How long do I have access to complete the course? You will have access to the online course for 1 year.

Can I work at my own pace? Every course is self-paced and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Can I work on the course on my iPad or iPhone? Yes.

How is my work on the course scored? For CEU course, all course components must be completed and all self-graded quizzes must be completed with a passing score.

For Graduate Credit course, all course components must be completed. Self-graded quizzes must be completed with a passing score. Module written reflections, mid-terms and finals are scored by an expert facilitator based on a rubric that is available within the course.

How can I tell if the credits will apply to my state requirements? CEU credits vary by state and district. Check with your state or district educational websites.

I want to change some of the names and emails I sent in for my district. Is it too late? Changing names or emails may cause a delay in accessing the course. If the course has been accessed, we cannot issue a refund.

Graduate Credit Information

What university provides the Graduate Credit? Lynchburg College

The steps below provide a guide for working through the admissions process. Your admissions will allow the course and credit to be posted on an official transcript here at the College.

Step 1: Admissions Process
Submit the following two items to the Office of Graduate Studies, Lynchburg College, 1501 Lakeside Drive, Lynchburg, VA 24501:

  1. Lynchburg College Graduate Non-degree online application available at https://admissions.lynchburg.edu/apply/ and be sure to indicate the course number/name as your reason for enrollment and no application fee will be needed;
  2. An official transcript reflecting your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

When these items are received and reviewed, your admissions letter will be sent to you via email.

Step 2: Course Registration
The admissions email will contain directions for enrollment in the course for the applicable term: spring term (January through April); summer term (May through July); and fall term (August through November).

Step 3: Transcript Request
Upon completion of the course, the transcript request form can be accessed at http://www.lynchburg.edu/academics/registrar/order-a-transcript/. Transcripts will be available at the conclusion of each term: mid-May for spring terms, mid-August for summer terms, and late December for fall terms.
