Shawn Creswell is campus principal of a new preK–6 campus in the 2022–23 school year. With over 20 years of experience in education, she has served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, and district director of curriculum, instruction, and assessment.

Geri Parscale spent 28 years in education and has worked as a classroom teacher, principal, professional development director, and finally deputy superintendent of Fort Leavenworth Schools, USD 207. Her mode of operation was always the same: learning for all kids.

Kevin Ryan, EdD, is the assistant superintendent for teaching and learning at North Shore School District 112 in Illinois. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing curriculum, instruction, and assessment to improve student growth and success.

Jason Williams, EdD, is a consultant who works with schools and districts on improving collaborative practices to increase student growth and achievement using the Professional Learning Communities at Work® process, as well as inclusive practices for students receiving special education services.
