Mark Onuscheck is director of curriculum, instruction, and assessment at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Illinois. He is a former English teacher and director of communication arts.

Gib Ostheimer is a high school principal in Wyoming and a former elementary school principal. He has worked with schools on topics including assessment architecture, instructional agility, and school improvement and culture.

Jeffry Overlie is an International Baccalaureate coordinator for Fridley Public Schools in Minnesota. He also works as an adjunct professor of education at Bethel University.

Phillip Page, EdD, is the superintendent of the Bartow County School System in Cartersville, Georgia. His experience spans more than 30 years and includes serving as a biology teacher, high school assistant principal, middle school and high school principal, and assistant superintendent.

Kelly U. Pew, PhD, began her career as a high school English teacher. She then transitioned into school leadership, eventually becoming superintendent of two 16,000-student school districts in South Carolina.

Destiny Reddick is an educator with over 17 years of experience supporting underserved students and prioritizing achievement and social-emotional empowerment for diverse learners. She is a national assessment presenter, former assistant dean and district leader, instructional framework author, and a mentor to teacher leaders.

Dr. Matt Rega is a former teacher, principal, and district administrator currently serving as the director of assessment and evaluation for Minnetonka Public Schools in Minnesota.

Anthony Reibel hails from Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Illinois and is the current assistant principal for teaching and learning. Anthony is also coauthor of several books: Proficiency-Based Assessment, Proficiency-Based Instruction, Proficiency-Based Grading in the Content Areas, and Pathways to Proficiency which explore the relationship between proficiency, pedagogy, and evidence-based grading.

Samuel Ritchie is a consultant with 35 years of experience as a practitioner. For most of those years, he was the director of technology at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Illinois.

Nicole Roorda, EdD, is the interim superintendent for the Johnston Community School District in Iowa. She has extensive experience with K–12 students and teachers and brings a joy of learning to the workshops she conducts.
