Barbara W. Cirigliano, EdD, is the former principal of Willow Grove Kindergarten and Early Childhood Center in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. She has more than 40 years of experience, focusing on early education, elementary education, and special education.

A skilled district and school administrator with more than 29 years of experience in public education, Amy Clark is passionate about school improvement, believing this is accomplished through a strong collaborative team and an unwavering commitment to learning for all.
- Blake Clark
Blake Clark has worked in schools, districts, and charter schools across Utah. He has been an elementary teacher, a reading specialist, instructional coach, and executive director. Blake believes that schools can only reach their full potential when working collaboratively around intentional learning.

Janna Cochrane is principal of North Greenville Elementary School in Wisconsin. She has over 20 years’ experience as an elementary principal in three different districts. Prior to that, she taught fourth grade for 9 years.

Daniel Cohan is chief of schools for the Jefferson County Public School District in Colorado, where he supervises elementary, middle, and high schools, K–12.
- Richard K. Cohen
Richard K. Cohen is Chief Academic Officer for secondary education at Edison Township Public Schools in New Jersey. He is a former assistant superintendent and principal of Moss School (PreK and Kindergarten) in the Metuchen School District in New Jersey. He serves as faculty for Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and he is a former principal of Red Bank Primary School in New Jersey.

Karina Cole is the director of curriculum for the Neosho School District. She has 19 years of experience as a classroom teacher and instructional coach and has supported buildings in two districts to become Model Professional Learning Communities at Work® schools.
- Barbara Coleman
Barbara Coleman is principal of Canyon Pointe Elementary School in Tomball, Texas. With more than 40 years of experience, she has served as a general education teacher, grant facilitator, assistant principal, and principal.
- Charlie Coleman
Charlie Coleman has been a principal at the high school, middle, and elementary school levels in ethnically and socioeconomically diverse communities, where he effectively decreased behavior problems and increased academic success. Creating positive learning environments for ALL continues to be a priority for Charlie, and he has experience improving school culture in many schools, K–12.

Anne E. Conzemius, a trainer and coach, has served as director of employee development and training for Wisconsin’s Department of Employment Relations, and as assistant state superintendent at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
