Katie has over 15 years of experience in education, including teaching at the secondary and post-secondary levels and working alongside colleagues to improve teaching and learning as an instructional coach. In her work, Katie strives to ensure that each student has full access to their civil right to an education, and that each teacher is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and dispositions necessary to lead in their classrooms and communities with confidence, integrity, and excellence.

Nancy Karlin Flynn, EdD, has been an administrator in the Saint Paul Public School district for 24 years, serving as an elementary, junior high, and middle school principal. She is passionate about coaching and mentoring aspiring principals and school leaders.

Cara Shores is coordinator of exceptional education in Bartow County Schools, a Model Professional Learning Communities at Work® district. She works with K–12 educators and students with IEPs, coordinates professional learning, oversees multitiered systems of supports, and is an instructional coach.
