Lisa M. Reddel is executive principal of school improvement in a large metropolitan school district in Northern Virginia. She has over 30 years of experience in schools and districts as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, district director, executive principal, and educational consultant.

Destiny Reddick, an educator with 17+ years, currently serves as an assistant school leader of instruction at an urban, open-enrollment public charter school. Dedicated to underserved students, she emphasizes achievement and social-emotional empowerment. With public school district leadership and experience as an assistant dean in higher education, Destiny presents nationally, authors instructional frameworks, and mentors teacher leaders.

Tommy Reddicks is the school director for Paramount Schools of Excellence in Indianapolis. He has worked in the public, private, and charter school sectors in three US states.

Carolyn Reedom, PhD, is an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a visiting professor at universities across the country.

Yetunde Reeves, EdD, is principal of Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in Baltimore. She is committed to social justice education, and her passion is working with students of color and supporting first-generation college students.
