Eddie Velez is the former principal at Kennedy High School in Fremont, California. He specializes in building leadership capacity, building PLC culture, implementing RTI, and coaching collaborative teams. He has a genuine connection and care for every school he serves and is respected for his ability to meet schools “where they are” without compromising the end goal of creating equitable opportunities for all students.

Kathy Vergara, EdD, is an experienced educator dedicated to serving and improving educational outcomes for multilingual learners and their families. She focuses on designing and implementing curriculum for bilingual, dual language, and ESL programs in grades preK–12.
- Jamie Virga
Jamie Virga, EdD, has over 35 years of experience as a teacher, principal, professional developer, principal coach, and associate superintendent. He works to support schools and districts with implementing Professional Learning Communities at Work® and RTI at Work™ processes.
- Brad Voehringer
Brad Voehringer has over 33 years of experience in education, serving as a superintendent, assistant superintendent, and building administrator. Most recently, he led Morton Grove to become a Model PLC at Work® school district and raised student achievement to the highest in the township. The district now ranks amongst the top 10% performing districts in Illinois.
- Haley Vogel
Haley Vogel, EdD, is assistant principal at Pine Island Academy in St. Johns County, Florida. Her more than 20 years of experience in education includes six years as a school leader and 13 years teaching. She is passionate about working with teacher teams to rethink assessment.
- Ryan Vogler
Ryan Vogler has over 20 years in education currently serving as the principal at Holmen Middle School in western Wisconsin. In his role, Ryan led Holmen Middle School to become an internationally recognized Model PLC at Work® school.

Dr. Derek Voiles is the assistant principal at Lincoln Heights Middle School in Morristown, Tennessee. With more than 15 years of experience in education, he emphasizes collaboration as a tool for better learning, particularly through professional learning communities.

Aimee Volk, PhD, is an assistant principal who specializes in ELA curriculum development and implementation, evidence-based and authentic literacy practices, instructional coaching, and empowering educators and learners by fostering self-efficacy and agency.
- Daniel L. Vollrath
Daniel L. Vollrath, EdD, has served in various teaching roles extending over 20 years and is currently a special education teacher at Hunterdon Central Regional High School in New Jersey.

Justin Wagner is the superintendent of the Woodbine Community School District and the IGNITE Pathways regional center. An award-winning administrator with nearly 30 years of experience in education and the military, he has served as teacher, assistant principal, principal, director, and superintendent.
