With more than 20 years of experience working in public and independent school systems as a master educator, her work has informed educational policy and encourages teachers and leaders to be students of their own professional practice.

Clare Major is the founder and CEO of Clinical Psychology Australia and the co-founder of the Centre of Learning Architects. With more than 20 years of experience working in public and independent school systems as a master educator, her work has informed educational policy and encourages teachers and leaders to be students of their own professional practice.

As a master educator and clinical psychologist, Clare frequently challenges the status quo and examines the fundamentals of leading and learning. This led her to work with corporate organizations, educational institutions, and private practices. At the University of Melbourne, Clare taught psychology and medical subjects including developmental child psychology, general psychopathology, neuropsychology.

She is a published academic author for many peer-reviewed journal articles on neuropsychology and developmental psychology. Her passion centers on understanding the link between the brain, behavior, and the role of emotions.
