Karly Ward serves as principal of Rendezvous Elementary School in central Wyoming. With more than 14 years of experience, she specializes in visionary leadership, creating and maintaining a healthy school culture, and promoting system fidelity.

Karly Ward serves as principal of Rendezvous Elementary School in central Wyoming. Under her leadership, the intermediate elementary school has been recognized as a Model PLC and maintains a relentless focus on shared leadership, collaboration, climate, and results.
With more than 14 years of experience as a teacher and administrator, Karly specializes in visionary leadership, creating and maintaining a healthy school culture, and promoting system fidelity. Having worked in schools with as few as 150 students and as many as 1300, she enjoys teaching others to apply PLC foundations to unique settings in order to improve practice and get results.
Karly holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Colorado Christian University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Austin Peay State University.
