Monica Jackson has many years of experience in education as a principal, counselor, and teacher. Currently she is a managing director of elementary leadership at Frisco ISD in Frisco, Texas, where she helped lead schools to become successful professional learning communities.
Monica’s elementary school established a campus-wide focus on growth based on PLC collaboration and research and received every possible TEA distinction designation. In 2016, Monica was honored to be one of the top five National Distinguished Principals by the Texas Educators and Supervisors Association.
Monica holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University as well as a master’s in school counseling and certificates in educational administration and a superintendent’s certificate from the University of North Texas.
