Ringnolda (Jofee') Tremain

Ringnolda Jofee' Tremain has been in education since 2001, where she began her journey as a high school attendance clerk. Jofee’ was then encouraged to become a classroom teacher, so during the day she worked at the school and at night she attended classes to fulfill her dream. In 2003, her dedication resulted in a role that fueled her desire to be a lead learner when she became a middle school history and reading teacher. She then continued her journey as an assistant principal, principal, after-school tutoring director, child support investigator, and family preservation specialist. Now, with over 16 years in education as her guide, Jofee’ is currently serving as a K–8 principal at Trinity Leadership Arlington in Texas.

Jofee’ has served on various committees in and outside of districts and has presented at the National School of Character Conference, where she spoke on her personal story of triumph supporting her family while leading her campus. Jofee’ is a State and National School of Character evaluator, serves on the Region 11 charter school advisory board, has presented at local and state conferences, and can be seen on Facebook Live broadcasts through TEPSA and the Kids Deserve It series. Jofee’ truly enjoys serving in education and mentoring and supporting others. Jofee’ aspires to support schools in building culture, implementing SEL for staff and students, and cultivating campus empowerment for all to reach their desired level of excellence.

Jofee’ has a bachelor’s degree in human services from Ottawa University in Ottawa, Kansas; a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Saint Mary in Lenexa, Kansas; and a master’s in building leadership from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas.
