Pamela Liebenberg, EdD, has been an educator for more than 25 years. She has served as an award-winning teacher, assistant principal, principal, regional director, and district director supervising 35 schools in the Tuscaloosa County School System.

William A. Sommers, PhD, of Austin, Texas, is a teacher, principal, author, and leadership coach. He has also been a consultant for cognitive coaching, adaptive schools, brain research, poverty, habits of mind, conflict management, and classroom management strategies.

In this webinar, Dr. Karen Gazith will review seven evidence-based principles leading to success for all students in the diverse classroom. Dr. Gazith will provide listeners with hands-on strategies, such as conceptualizing the classroom as an ecosystem, incorporating strategic teaching and learning, and developing grit and perseverance in yourself and your students. Educators will walk away from this session with practical strategies that can be applied in the classroom the next day.

Shawn Creswell, author and presenter, has over 25 years of experience in education and has served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal of two campuses, and district director of curriculum, instruction, and assessment. She is currently a school board member in her community.

Peter Nilsson is an educator, writer, and musician, whose work bridges education, creativity, and technology. A former head of school and award-winning teacher, he cofounded Athena Lab and edits The Educator’s Notebook, a newsletter on innovation in learning.

Maya Bialik is the founder of QuestionWell, a program that creates research-aligned AI tools for education. A former middle school science teacher, Maya’s focus is on how AI can improve working conditions for teachers.

Shan Jorgenson-Adam, MEd, is president of JAM Consulting in Camrose, Alberta. With over 30 years in education, she partners with schools across Canada to strengthen leadership, culture, and teaching through coaching, mentorship, and professional learning.

In this workshop, instructional coaches and school leaders will explore the SIMPLE Approach. This comprehensive system combines The SIMPLE Shift and The SIMPLE Blueprint to build sustainable coaching cultures and promote teacher and student growth. Suzette Lovely, EdD, an educational consultant, worked in K–12 education for 37 years, serving as a teacher, principal, assistant/deputy superintendent, and most recently, superintendent at the Carlsbad Unified School District, before retiring in 2016.

Jeremy S. Adams is a social studies teacher at Bakersfield High School and a political science lecturer at California State University, Bakersfield. He specializes in educational optimism, growth, and empowerment.
