Loni Fife

Dr. Loni Fife currently serves as the director of curriculum and instruction for the Littleton Elementary School District in Avondale and Tolleson, Arizona. Prior to this role she has served as a teacher, reading interventionist, dean of students, assistant principal, and principal in Title I schools. Dr. Fife has worked to bring greater awareness to the needs of all students and the power of educator collaboration to enhance student learning.

As a former principal of Quentin STEM Academy for Health Sciences, also in the Littleton Elementary School District, Dr. Fife and her staff were recognized as part of a Model PLC at Work® community from 2020–2023 and an A+ School of Excellence from 2021–2023. She is a member of The School Superintendents Association, Arizona School Administrators, Arizona Association for Gifted and Talented, and Arizona Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents. In 2022, Dr. Fife was named Principal of the Year in the Littleton Elementary School District.

Dr. Fife earned her bachelor’s degree from Park University, followed by master degrees from University of Houston – Clear Lake and Grand Canyon University, and a doctorate from Northcentral University. She also serves as an adjunct professor for Northern Arizona University.
