Quinn Wulbecker

Quinn Wulbecker, EdD, is principal at Adolph Link Elementary School, a large K–6 public elementary school that’s home to a Spanish/English dual language program in Schaumburg, Illinois. With 18 years of experience, he has served as a dual language teacher, magnet teacher, assistant principal, and principal. He thoroughly enjoys developing teams through the professional learning communities (PLC) process and is a trained presenter in school culture, positive psychology, and mindfulness.

Dr. Wulbecker serves as a principal in Schaumburg Community Consolidated School District 54, a Model PLC at Work® district and the largest in Schaumburg, Illinois. He led Link Elementary School to Model PLC at Work status and has been an administrator there for the past 13 years. Dr. Wulbecker refined the PLC process and has seen consistent student assessment results that nearly double the state average.

During his tenure at Link Elementary School, Dr. Wulbecker helped the school receive International Spanish Academy status from the Spanish consulate based on a highly successful dual language program. He was also recognized with a Those Who Excel Award by the Illinois School Board of Education for training staff on the principles of positive psychology. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College in Illinois and a master’s degree and educational doctorate from National Louis University.
