Jennifer Taylor

Jennifer Taylor serves as an instructional coach at Riverton Intermediate School. Prior to her current role, she supported administrators and teachers in the professional learning communities (PLC) process as a district instructional specialist.

While serving Madison County Schools as a middle school specialist, Jennifer partnered with administrative teams, guiding coalitions, and collaborative teacher teams. Four of the schools she supported achieved Model PLC at Work® status: Sparkman Middle, Moores Mill Intermediate, Buckhorn Middle, and Central School. Jennifer has served on district and school teams to develop essential standards, create and analyze common assessments, and align intervention structures and methods with the PLC process. She honors best practices in instructional coaching to empower collaborative teams.

Jennifer earned master’s degrees in instructional leadership and in curriculum and instruction; she has a bachelor’s degree in English and is a preK–12 reading specialist.
