Ryan Vogler has over 20 years in education currently serving as the principal at Holmen Middle School in western Wisconsin. In his role, Ryan led Holmen Middle School to become an internationally recognized Model PLC at Work® school.

Ryan Vogler

Ryan Vogler is currently serving as the principal at Holmen Middle School in western Wisconsin. He has over 20 years in education as a teacher, activities director, associate principal and principal at the middle and high school levels.

Ryan is passionate about working with teams to develop collaborative processes that universally identify essential standards and targets, create common assessments, and respond to student results to improve overall achievement. His focus is helping schools develop systems to utilize data to implement Tier 2 and Tier 3 protocols that will help all student subgroups achieve at high levels. Most recently, Ryan led Holmen Middle School to become an internationally recognized Model PLC at Work® school.

Ryan earned his undergraduate degree in school health and physical education at the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. He earned his master’s degree in educational leadership at Viterbo University in La Crosse.

Ryan believes that empowering staff to work collaboratively in teams to take on challenges through action research improves student achievement and is essential to developing a school culture of continuous improvement and success.
