Kathryn Morem, EdD, has served as a dedicated leader in education for over 30 years. She has been a teacher at both the elementary and high school levels, a school assistant principal and principal, and a district executive leader in the public-school sector.
As a leading expert for Solution Tree, Dr. Morem partners with school and district leaders across the country to achieve top-tier rankings. She collaborates with leaders and utilizes unique needs analyses to accurately identify barriers to growth and achievement and implement innovative, out-of-the-box solutions that raise learning and performance outcomes for all students. Dr. Morem is also the president of her own firm, Learning Logic Associates, LLC, leading a highly skilled team of colleagues who share in critical school transformation work across the country, focusing on impactful curriculum framework redesign, strategic teacher recruitment and retention plans, and organizational and instructional plan development.
Dr. Morem has also served as an adjunct college professor, taught International Baccalaureate® overseas in Geneva, Switzerland, and held key roles in education technology companies, directing strategic sales and project implementations across the United States. Dr. Morem has successfully designed and led large-scale district initiatives in Florida and developed innovative school instructional models and has been cited in current research for school turnaround practices that build instructional capacity. Her unwavering commitment to high-quality experiences for students has also been informed by her international work experience in Geneva and Mexico City, where she gained extensive knowledge on innovative school design models that yield high-ranking results. She graduated from the esteemed Florida Commissioner’s Leadership Academy and attended the National Institute of School Leadership.
Dr. Morem holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Lynn University, a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction, and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish language, both from Arizona State University.
