“The most valuable part of the interactive web conference is that even though Mr. Dave LaRose was not present, he still kept us engaged and accountable for participating in group discussion.”

Lisa Fernandez, principal, Madera Unified School District, California

“Dave did an outstanding job in Penncrest for all three days. He is dynamic, witty, and super knowledgeable about systems and motivating staff and administration with the right work. We have PLC leadership teams up and functioning at all six schools because of his leadership and inspiration provided to the new teams. Administration has quickly prioritized goals after his visit to sustain and propel the PLC journey in the right direction. He took current situations and helped the leadership work through issues or frame issues to send us in the right direction. He was very flexible and able to adjust to meet Penncrest needs. Dave was the perfect presenter to help move Penncrest forward in our PLC journey!”

Julie M. Lyon, supervisor of K–12 curriculum and federal programs, Penncrest School District, Pennsylvania

“You should be receiving the overwhelmingly positive evaluations of David … He was a rock star for us! … I'll be requesting him again in the future.”

Terry Brenner, curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional development, Grand Forks Public Schools, North Dakota

“Your expertise, passion, and vision for the positive impact for PLC is evident and empowering for moving forward.”
