Colby Lynch has been a secondary educator for 15 years. He is currently the assistant principal of Douglas High School and has previously served as a high school principal, junior high assistant principal/activities director, and high school English teacher.

Kyle Machen, EdD, the principal of Benton Middle School in Louisiana, has been an educator for close to 20 years. Under his leadership, Benton Middle School was recognized as Louisiana’s first Model PLC.

Paula Maeker is an educator, consultant, and advocate for learner-centered education. She has more than twenty-three years’ experience as an elementary teacher, literacy specialist, instructional coach, Title 1 program coordinator, campus administrator, director of elementary literacy, and director of instructional design.

Michael J. Maffoni, an educator since 1987, has a diverse background that includes experience as a teacher, principal, and central administrator in a variety of districts in Colorado. He also teaches courses in educational leadership as an affiliate faculty member at Regis University.
- Nathan Manley
Nathan Manley serves as the assistant superintendent of instruction in the Neosho School District. During his nearly 20 years of experience, Nathan has also been a classroom teacher and principal, leading the development of five different professional learning community school recognitions.
- Michelle Marrillia
Michelle Marrillia, an educator since 1996, has a diverse background as an educator and a passion for training coaches in professional learning communities, developing teacher leaders, implementing response to intervention systems, and creating doable coaching programs.
- Erica Martin
Erica Martin is a literacy specialist at Kildeer Countryside School District 96, located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. As a result of her work as a district leader, reading interventionist, and classroom teacher, Erica has helped to build the collaborative cultures necessary to guide teams in the process of unpacking, prioritizing, and pacing standards.
- Jalal Masri
Jalal Masri is the professional learning community coach at Bernice Ayer Middle School in San Clemente, California. In this role, he leads sitewide professional learning, supports teacher team collaboration, and oversees the school’s intervention system.
- François Massé
François Massé is a superintendent of education for several schools and has been working in collaboration with educators to transform the culture of these institutions into professional learning communities.
