Charles Farmer, PhD, has almost 30 years of experience in education and currently serves as a middle school principal. In his career, he has worked as both a high school and middle school principal and has long believed that the PLC at Work® process is paramount to successful learning.

Rob Feltner is the regional executive director for Lake County Schools in Florida. An educator for more than 28 years, he has been an elementary school teacher, assistant principal, and high school principal.

- Robert Garmston
Dr. Robert J. Garmston is an emeritus professor of educational leadership at California State University, Sacramento. Author of 12 books, he is the co-developer of Cognitive Coaching: Developing Self-Directed Leaders and Learners with Art Costa and co-developer of The Adaptive School: A Sourcebook for Developing Collaborative Groups with Bruce Wellmann. He has also served as an administrator, teacher, principal, and director of instruction.
