Jane Ardell

Jane Ardell is currently the director of STEM, college and career readiness, and induction and retention in Phoenix, Arizona. She works with teachers and administrators on planning, assessment, and intervention.

She has 30 years of experience, having begun her career as a middle school math and history teacher in San Francisco. After moving to Arizona, she was an instructional coach, an assistant principal, and then a principal. As an administrator, she successfully led two underperforming schools to high-performing status through the implementation of the PLC framework.

Jane received her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of San Francisco, her master’s degree in diversity in education from San Francisco State University, and her administrative credential from Northern Arizona University.
