Blake Clark brings a wealth of experience from various educational settings, including schools, districts, and charter schools across North America. His roles have ranged from elementary teacher and reading specialist to instructional coach and executive director. Blake is a firm believer that schools can achieve their fullest potential through collaborative efforts centered on intentional learning.

Over the years, Blake has been recognized for his impactful leadership and dedication to student achievement. In 2015, he was named Outstanding Educator of the Year by the Utah Science Teachers Association. Under his leadership, his school earned the distinction of becoming a Solution Tree Model PLC at Work® School in 2020, and in 2024, it became the first elementary school to receive Solution Tree’s prestigious DuFour and Eaker Ambassador Model PLC at Work® designation. Additionally, his school has received recognition from U.S. News & World Report as one of the top-performing public elementary and middle schools in both Utah and the United States.

In addition to his hands-on experience, Blake regularly presents at conferences and institutes across the country, sharing his insights and strategies for effective teaching and learning. Driven by a deep passion for the learning outcomes of all students, regardless of their demographics or backgrounds, he emphasizes the importance of collective efficacy among teachers. By fostering supportive systems for success, student growth and achievement naturally follow.

Blake received his bachelor’s degree in elementary education with an emphasis in English as a second language from Southern Utah University, as well as his master’s in educational leadership.
