Professional Learning Communities

Jill Lizier is a districtwide director of curriculum, instruction, and assessment in Exeter, New Hampshire, and has previously served as an assistant principal and special education building coordinator, a curriculum coordinator for an elementary school, and first-grade teacher.

Chris Bennett, EdD, is the executive director of middle schools and accountability for Cleveland County Schools in North Carolina. Under his leadership, Burns Middle School was designated a Model PLC School and earned Highly Effective Schools Accreditation.

Dr. David Chiprany is currently the deputy superintendent for the Bartow County School System in Georgia. He specializes in developing PLCs at every level, and has served as a K-12 principal as well as a college educational leadership coach.

Daniel is a practitioner and district leader who has provided pivotal support in transforming Pasadena ISD in Pasadena, Texas, into the largest Model PLC School District in America. He currently serves as an executive director of curriculum.

Sarah Stobaugh is principal of Morrilton Intermediate School in Arkansas. She specializes in professional learning communities, the work of collaborative teams and the guiding coalition, building leadership, and response to intervention.

Patricia Musick is the executive director of elementary education at Willis Independent School District in Willis, Texas. Her focus is coaching instructional leaders at elementary and district levels through the PLC Process in order to grow their students and teachers.

Ashley Andriot serves the Kentucky Department of Education as a literacy coaching specialist. She is devoted to building teacher capacity and motivating and inspiring teachers to meet their full potential through high-quality professional development sessions.

Jen Minor has served in a variety of capacities including teacher, assistant principal, principal and principal supervisor. She is now a lead PLC trainer in the Continuous Improvement and Professional Learning Department of the Deer Valley School District in Phoenix, Arizona. Jen has been serving as an associate with Solution Tree since November 2021.

Amy Moore leads Deer Valley Unified School District’s PLC vision and mission as the professional learning manager. In May 2021, Deer Valley Unified School District was recognized as a model PLC district.

Laurie is a highly experienced teacher in both general education and special education and has embraced leadership roles throughout her career to exemplify best practices and improve student growth.
