Treena Casey is executive director of teaching and learning at Singapore American School. She previously served as assistant director for curriculum and instruction at Shekou International School in China.

Brittany Castillo is an assistant principal in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with experience at a Title I school and as an instructional coach and English teacher. She enjoys working through the professional learning communities process with collaborative teams, focusing on interventions and extensions for all students.

Shawna Chambers is a passionate and accomplished educator who has led school improvement at both the school and district levels. Currently serving as an assistant principal.

Erika Chapa serves as the director of intervention, Section 504, and dyslexia for Pasadena Independent School District in Texas. Erika led Pasadena ISD towards full implementation of intervention structures and supports across 68 campuses.

Dr. Jennifer Chastain is currently a principal in the Raymore-Peculiar School District located in the Kansas City area. She is passionate about fostering a positive collaborative school culture where students and educators learn at high levels.

Josh Chastain, EdD, is currently the superintendent of Harrisonville Schools in Missouri. In his 25 years of educational experience, he has served as an elementary school teacher in Springfield, Missouri, a principal at multiple levels, and the director of curriculum, instruction, and assessment, professional development, digital learning, and federal programs in Nixa, Missouri.

Dr. David Chiprany is currently the deputy superintendent for the Bartow County School System in Georgia. He specializes in developing PLCs at every level, and has served as a K-12 principal as well as a college educational leadership coach.

Kenneth Christian is an assistant principal at Fern Creek High School in Louisville, Kentucky. His work focuses on ensuring a guaranteed and viable curriculum for all students through the professional learning community process and transforming the work of collaborative teacher teams.

Ashlee Ciccone currently serves as the principal of Pinehurst Elementary School, a Model PLC at Work® school in Pinehurst, North Carolina. She has over 25 years of experience in the education field.

Barbara W. Cirigliano, EdD, is the former principal of Willow Grove Kindergarten and Early Childhood Center in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. She has more than 40 years of experience, focusing on early education, elementary education, and special education.
