Teresa Cariglia-Bull is a former vice principal for York Region District school board, having served as an elementary school teacher and a psychometrist at both the York Region Separate School Board and with the Learning Disabilities Research Program.

Melissa Carli, MEd, is a project manager for several federally-funded projects at the University of Central Florida. Through the projects, Melissa supports teachers as they build their professional knowledge to support all learners.

Meg Carnes, a consultant, has spent over 25 years in K–12 public education. She is a former high school English teacher and department chair. Meg was also an adjunct instructor at Syracuse University.

Steven Carney is the executive director of Rooted School Vancouver, an innovative charter high school committed to building the roots of upward mobility.

Scott Carr has more than 30 years of experience as an educator and administrator at the middle school level. He was the principal at Heritage Middle School in Liberty, Missouri, for 21 years.

Kevin Carroll has more than 31 years of experience as an educator. He has served as a teacher, principal, adjunct professor, and educational expert. Currently he partners with other educators, capitalizing on his successes as a school leader.

Bob Carter is an educational leader with over 30 years of experience. As a Principal, he has led significant improvements in three schools, two of which were recognized as Model PLC at Work® schools.

Heather Carter is the current secondary instructional support specialist for the Bartow County School System in Georgia. She specializes in cultivating and sustaining a PLC culture by providing support to teacher collaborative teams, leadership teams, and district stakeholders.

Lisa Carter is a nationally recognized presenter, keynote speaker, author, and consultant. She began her career as an elementary school teacher and has served as an administrator at the elementary and secondary levels.
