Rhonda J. Roos, PhD, is an educational expert coaching principals, district leaders, and administrative teams in the ever-challenging work of leading schools. Dr. Roos has served in diverse roles such as a guidance counselor, English teacher, and district administrator.

Beth Russell, EdD, has worked with numerous urban and suburban school systems introducing personality type theory and teaching its value as a tool for differentiation, classroom management, culturally responsive teaching, instructional coaching, and collaboration.

Bo Ryan is principal of the Ana Grace Academy of the Arts Elementary Magnet School in Bloomfield, Connecticut. He is passionate about building and sustaining professional learning communities (PLCs) and has led two different schools to Model PLC at Work® certification.
