Abby Morris, EdD, specializes in developing effective teaching strategies and fostering a collaborative environment. She is a passionate 4th-generation educator with over 15 years of experience in Houston area public schools, specializing in literacy, instructional coaching, and school leadership.

Rachel E. Morris is an instructional coach in the Linn-Mar Community School District in Marion, Iowa. Her expertise in instructional strategies, data analysis, and collaborative problem-solving has empowered educators to enhance their teaching practices and improve student outcomes.

Autumn Mosby has served as an elementary instructional coach and teacher for the past 13 years at the Neosho School District in Southwest Missouri. She is passionate about literacy, effective instructional practice and intervention, and coaching.

Barbara Moss, PhD, is a professor at San Diego State University, where she teaches courses at the credential and master’s levels. She has worked as a teacher at every grade level from 1 to 12 over the course of her career.

Cody Mothershead has worked with the White River School District for over 15 years and has been involved in implementing PLCs as a teacher, team leader, assistant principal, and now currently leads the work as a principal.

Robert Mountjoy is the former principal of West Side Elementary School in Rossville, Georgia, where he led his staff in developing a collaborative culture centered around the three big ideas of a professional learning community (PLC). He is passionate about equity, data-driven practices, and schoolwide systems.

Roxanne (Roxy) L. Mourant, MEd, has been an educator since 1987 and has worked in a variety of school settings. She is currently chief education officer of Educating for Leadership, Inc., in Alaska.

Marlene Moyer is a teacher at South Lake Tahoe Middle School in South Lake Tahoe, California. She was an integral part of a leadership team that designed student-friendly critical concepts for student scoring using the High Reliability Schools framework.
