Professional Learning Communities

Russell Hill is superintendent of the East Valley School District. With more than 20 years of education experience, he has served as both teacher and administrator at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Danieli Parker is a principal at Hallsville North Elementary School in Texas. With more than 15 years of education experience, she has served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, and principal.

Paula Maeker is an educator, consultant, and advocate for learner-centered education. She has more than twenty-three years’ experience as an elementary teacher, literacy specialist, instructional coach, Title 1 program coordinator, campus administrator, director of elementary literacy, and director of instructional design.

Bo Ryan is principal of the Ana Grace Academy of the Arts Elementary Magnet School in Bloomfield, Connecticut. He is passionate about building and sustaining professional learning communities (PLCs) and has led two different schools to Model PLC at WorkⓇ certification.

Phillip Page, EdD, is superintendent of the Bartow County School System in Georgia. He is a former middle school and high school principal and assistant superintendent. Under his leadership, the school system was named a Model PLC District.
