Mardale Dunsworth has over 15 years of administrative experience in federal program management, school improvement, policy development and implementation, and data system design and implementation.

Lakesia L. Dupree is a mathematics instructional coach, with experience teaching at the elementary level. She specializes in helping teachers integrate research-based practices into their mathematics instruction.

Samantha K. Dykes is an instructional coach at Linn-Mar Community School District in Marion, Iowa, where she has been a driving force in inspiring innovation through professional development.

Robert Eaker, EdD, is a professor emeritus at Middle Tennessee State University, where he also served as dean of the College of Education and interim vice president and provost.

Kessa Early, EdD, brings 23 years of distinguished experience in education, transforming schools into award-winning institutions. As a principal of alternative education in California, she has successfully overseen multiple schools, each achieving remarkable success under her leadership.

Billy Eastman is a curriculum coordinator for secondary English language arts at Clear Creek Independent School District in Texas where he leads efforts to implement student-centered authentic literacy practices.

Taryn Echols, EdD, serves as assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction at Hot Springs School District. She oversees streamlining curricular opportunities for teachers and students to build innovative practices across the district.

Dr. Kristian Edgeman has over 15 years of experience in education and currently serves as principal of Ringgold Elementary School in Ringgold, Georgia. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in helping schools achieve Model PLC at Work® status.
