With over 25 years of experience in elementary education, including five years in early learning, Janel Ross specializes in the implementation of professional learning communities and multitiered systems of supports at the elementary level.

Chad Lang, associate superintendent of school improvement at Glenwood Community School District in Iowa, brings two decades of experience in teaching, administration, and district leadership, with expertise in curriculum development, grading reform, and Professional Learning Communities (PLC) at Work®.

Ryan Vogler has over 20 years in education currently serving as the principal at Holmen Middle School in western Wisconsin. In his role, Ryan led Holmen Middle School to become an internationally recognized Model PLC at Work® school.

Kristi Mixdorf has 27+ years of experience as an educator. She has led culture and climate initiatives, developed school improvement plans, and led the implementation of the PLC process, resulting in her school becoming a Model PLC at Work® School.

In this session, participants will explore innovative strategies and practical tools designed to challenge advanced learners through extended and personalized learning opportunities. Attendees will examine how flexible grouping, tiered assignments, and student choice can transform their classrooms into dynamic spaces that promote deep engagement and continuous learning. By embedding these strategies into their PLC processes, participants will leave equipped to elevate their team's impact on all students.

Rebecca Williams, executive director of academic programs for Fulton County Schools, has over 15 years of instructional leadership experience. She led Webb Bridge Middle School in Alpharetta, Georgia, enhancing student achievement and transforming school culture.
