Michael has spent the last 28 years as an educator, with 20 of those years serving as an elementary school principal. Equipping and empowering others to be the best version of themselves is his life’s mission. He specializes in developing the foundation needed for effective implementation of the Professional Learning Communities at Work® process.

Richard Medina is a special education administrator for the Exceptional Learners Collaborative, which serves four school districts in Lake County, Illinois. His work focuses on providing individualized, high-quality services and support to a variety of special education students.

Kristina Medlin is a dedicated professional learning community trainer in the Deer Valley Unified School District, a Model Professional Learning Community at Work® district. She works passionately to build capacity and the professional learning communities process across campuses.
- Rob J. Meyer
Rob J. Meyer, EdD, is an experienced educator currently serving as the director of secondary teaching and learning at Monona Grove School District in Wisconsin. With over 20 years in education, he previously served as a teacher of social studies, an assistant principal at the secondary level, a principal at the primary level, and a 4K–12 C&I director.
