Amanda Dunn, EdD, is an educator, coach, and presenter. She has over 20 years of experience teaching fine arts, special populations, and English, in addition to leading PLC at Work® and RTI at Work™ processes.
Amanda Dunn
Amanda Dunn, EdD, is an educator, coach, and presenter who specializes in the development and implementation of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and Response to Intervention (RTI) systems. In addition to working with schools across the country, she serves as a Sam Houston State University field supervisor for teaching candidates and previously served as an academic coordinator in the north Houston, Texas, area. She has over twenty years of experience teaching fine arts, special populations, and English, in addition to leading the PLC at Work process and overseeing secondary-level academic programs.
Throughout her career, Dr. Dunn has been named teacher of the year multiple times and in different teaching roles. She has earned degrees and certifications from Texas A&M University, LeTourneau University, and Sam Houston State University. Most recently, she earned her doctorate in organizational leadership from Abilene Christian University. Dr. Dunn also earned a certificate in conflict management and is a trained mediator in the state of Texas.
Dr. Dunn is passionate about effective collaboration driven by efficient systems and conflict management that allow teachers, teacher leaders, and administrators to create environments and conditions conducive to high levels of learning and engagement for all students and adults.

RTI at Work™
