All website orders are paid in American dollars and shipped from the USA. There will be extra fees associated with customs and international shipping.
For orders within the continental US, add $4 handling fee plus shipping charges of $2 per unit ordered. Add $1 for each additional unit over 100. For orders outside the continental US, add $30 handling plus $5 per unit ordered. Please note that kits may count as multiple pieces when calculating shipping costs.
Solution Tree is not responsible for and will not refund international customs fees.
Rush orders received by 12:00 p.m. Eastern may ship the same day. Rush shipping fees are as follows:

Orders from individuals must be accompanied by check payable to Solution Tree, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), or signed copy of an institutional purchase order. Purchase orders must include shipping and handling charges and note payment terms of net 30 days from the date of invoice. A monthly fee (1.5% of statement balance) will be applied to all past-due invoices.

Quantity discounts are available on Solution Tree or Marzano Resources titles only. Offer not valid on online PD products or sale items.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Solution Tree product, you may return it (in undamaged and saleable condition) within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund or credit, less shipping and handling. No returns after 30 days.
All refunds must be requested in writing. A return authorization number must be obtained from Solution Tree prior to any return. Returns without an authorization number will be denied and returned at the sender’s expense. A refund will be issued for the resource only, based upon the condition of the resource when received. Customers will not be issued a refund if they have an unpaid balance. Solution Tree reserves the right to refuse any shipment. Solution Tree will not be responsible for resources lost or damaged in transit. Solution Tree is not responsible for and will not refund international customs fees.
