Chris Jakicic, EdD, an author and a consultant, was principal of Woodlawn Middle School in Illinois from 1999 to 2007. She began her career teaching middle school science.

Dr. Jacye Jamar, a former principal, has 20 years of experience in education. As a principal in progressive school districts in Texas and Oklahoma, she led initiatives that successfully achieved recognition as a Model PLC at Work school.

Haley James is the supervisor of instruction for Madison County Schools in Alabama. She previously served as an elementary principal, preK–12 assistant principal, instructional coach, and elementary teacher.

Christopher Jenson, MD, is a senior adviser for public health concerns in school districts and educational operations. Dr. Jenson brings a unique set of skills, knowledge, and experiences to his advisory role.

Christine Johnson is the principal of Meadow Lane Elementary school in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. With 20 years of experience in public education, she has successfully improved high-poverty schools through the Professional Learning Communities at Work® process.

Brandi Johnson is the reading academies and PK compliance coordinator at Pasadena Independent School District in Texas. She works with administrators, instructional coaches, and teachers to support the development of school improvement plans.

Lauren Johnson is a secondary mathematics teacher and curriculum coordinator for Fullerton Joint Union High School District in Orange County, California. She has taught early childhood, middle school, high school, and adult learners.

As a national and international professional speaker, trainer, and author, Carlos Johnson, aka “Coach Carlos,” utilizes his experience and research to change school culture and increase parental engagement, student enrollment, and staff and student retention.

Karen Johnson is a full time Solution Tree Associate. She specializes in helping schools identify areas for growth and improvement as they implement and refine their PLC at Work® implementation.

Kelly Johnson, PhD, is a faculty member in teacher education at San Diego State University. She is also a classroom teacher at Health Sciences High and Middle College in San Diego.
