Deborah Ricker is principal at Cedar Trails Exploration Center: Early Childhood in Kansas. She previously led Glenwood Ridge Elementary and has 19 years of experience as a school psychologist, serving early childhood through high school in both public and private school settings.

B. Michelle Rinehart is an assistant superintendent, mathematics specialist, and instructional coach. As a former high school mathematics and science teacher, she is passionate about helping educators leverage high-impact teaching practices.

Dr. Ripley is currently teaching in the departments of elementary and secondary education at the University of Alberta and has over 35 years of experience at the elementary, junior high/middle school, high school, college, and university levels.

Samuel Ritchie is a consultant with 35 years of experience as a practitioner. For most of those years, he was the director of technology at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Illinois.

Georgina Rivera is an elementary school principal with over 20 years of experience in public education. She works with educators and leaders to build collaborative teams and ensure all students receive high-quality mathematics instruction.

Dr. Kari Roan began teaching in 2002, serving as a 6th-grade English teacher and dance team director. She believes in ensuring high levels of learning for all students and enjoys creating conditions that help educators succeed.

Michael Roberts is an author and consultant with over two decades of experience in education. Michael has been a teacher and administrator at every level from elementary school to the district office and has worked with students from all demographics.

Doug Robertson is a classroom teacher with nearly 20 years of experience. He is the author of four teaching books, including The Cardboard Classroom for Solution Tree.

Jessica Robertson has been an educator for more than 10 years and is currently an elementary school assistant principal. She has taught math in middle grades and has been an administrator at the elementary and middle school levels.

Janet Robinson has worked in education for more than 40 years, serving as teacher, counselor, school psychologist, assistant superintendent, a senior consultant for Lee Canter and Associates, and a superintendent.
