Deborah’s work as a school psychologist allowed her to focus on both behavioral and learning challenges, while designing interventions to support students and educators. Her leadership in administration is grounded in a strong PLC focus and guided by a solution-centered, progressive, and positive approach.
Deborah received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kansas State University. She also earned both her master’s and education specialist degrees in school psychology from Emporia State University, along with her building leadership licensure.
