Stacey Schultz

Stacey Schultz, EdD, is the president of Educate, a New York City-based company that provides innovation and transformation coaching to educators and school leaders, and cohost of the Educate U.S. podcast. A passionate triathlete who also loves to travel and unwind with a good book, Dr. Schultz is a seasoned educator and executive with extensive experience in driving strategic direction and aligning an organization’s mission and vision with its goals.

Her human-centric leadership approach combines organizational development and thoughtful business growth with community engagement and talent retention. Throughout her career, she has focused on addressing disparities and supporting marginalized populations, including teaching immigrant women in workforce-readiness programs, supporting victims of sex trafficking in India, and initiating community health projects focused on sex education and AIDS awareness.

As an educator and administrator, she worked in roles such as director of special education at East Side Community High School, senior staff developer for Inclusive Classrooms Project, and adjunct professor at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Dr. Schultz earned her doctorate in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California. She holds dual master’s degrees in education from the College of Staten Island and a bachelor’s degree in political science with a global economics focus from Chestnut Hill College. She is also a certified professional coach with additional credentials in instructional design, design thinking, and systems thinking.

Dr. Schultz cherishes time spent with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
