Linnea Devine, LICSW, is a licensed therapist, consultant, fierce advocate, and former school social worker who is deeply passionate about creating space for educators to explore and deepen both mental and physical wellness mindsets. Her expertise includes mental health literacy, compassion fatigue, trauma, and empowerment of educators.

Linnea Devine is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with the State of Minnesota. She is a clinical mental health therapist for her private practice, The Holding Space, certified in compassion fatigue therapy, approved as a behavioral health supervisor in Minnesota, trained in restorative practices, informed school supports, accelerated resolution therapy (ART), Dare to Lead™, and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). In addition, she also provides school-based consultation and mental health support for educators and school communities focusing on mental health and wellness strategies and mindsets. She specializes in creating supportive, positive, and collaborative cultures and mindsets that promote emotional resilience, for educators and overall school culture.

Linnea also served as a school social worker within a Federal Setting Level 4 School District supporting mental health and behavioral concerns for students. During her time in the schools, she focused much of her work on supporting, advocating, and wellness strategies specific for the unique impact on educators' mental health, secondary trauma, and compassion fatigue. She is passionate and dedicated to supporting educators in the school system so that they can do what they do best: teach to our students' hearts and minds.

Linnea completed her undergraduate at Carthage College in Kenosha and obtained her master's degree in clinical social work from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul Minnesota.
