Schools are being tested and burdened with an unprecedented variety of issues. They are faced with academic challenges, social/emotional hurdles, and political and funding uncertainties. To make matters even worse, we are faced with a record teacher shortage, and schools have to not only recruit teachers, but they also have to expose them to on-the-job training. Perhaps it is time for schools to take a second look at their PLC efforts and learn how to fully benefit from their collaborative efforts. This workshop will help participants realize that our profession's greatest resource, is the human resource. This is not the time to back away from the PLC at Work process; this is the time to press forward.
