This customizable workshop builds a shared foundation of understanding around key concepts and language while aligning staff on a tiered approach to behavior support. Led by a Behavior Solutions expert, this full-day session introduces Prevention, Intervention, and Daily Remediation and can be customized to focus deeply on one tier.

Behavior Solutions Standard 2-Day Workshop
Behavior Solutions is designed to help schools and districts create an action plan for behavior RTI by creating systematic tiers of behavior supports—regardless of the specific behavior initiative(s) already in place. By leveraging the PLC at Work® and RTI at Work™ processes, this approach fosters a focus on positive behavior that strengthens a school's positive culture, increases attendance, improves behavior, better prepares students for life, and addresses inequities in school discipline.
Behavior Solutions

Behavior Academies
Implement behavior interventions that work. For an intervention to truly be effective, it must be targeted. Move beyond using a one-size-fits-all solution and adopt interventions designed specifically for the behaviors you aim to reduce or eliminate.
- Address fixed behavior mindsets about student challenging behaviors.
- Learn how to help students develop new life skills using the science of imagery/visualization and development of productive habits in sessions that are 25 minutes or less.
- Acquire a clearly outlined structure to help implement behavior academies—and even learn how to build your own academy.
Behavior Intensives
- Offer schools and/or districts a clear, practical effective structure for supporting the small percentage of students whether receiving special education or not who aren't responding to standard tier 2 and tier 3 behavior interventions and require more intensive, individualized, multilayered assistance.
- Address the common challenges and complexities of delivering effective Tier 3 interventions by providing a clear, structured approach to Behavior Intensives.
- Offer schools and districts a clearly outlined, practical Behavior Intensive framework to successfully implement intensive supports that actually work for students who don’t respond to standard Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.

Customized to school and district needs, coaching sessions support leadership and intervention teams in strengthening systems, addressing challenges, and refining best practices.
Behavior Solutions District-Level Coaching Cycle
Districts receive expert guidance to implement and sustain effective behavior systems across every school using the proven Behavior Solutions framework. District teams learn how to support, monitor, and coach schools across Tiers 1, 2, and 3 using data—all aligned with districtwide goals. Behavior Solutions Site-Level Coaching Cycles
