A Leading PLCs at Work Districtwide associate will deliver a full-day overview session to all school staff. The workshop will provide a baseline understanding of key concepts and vocabulary and build shared knowledge necessary to become a PLC at Work districtwide.

Leading PLCs at Work® Districtwide Standard 2-Day Workshop
Ensure your school district is doing the right work, the right way, for the right reasons. In this highly interactive workshop, a Solution Tree expert will demonstrate how to align the work of every PLC team districtwide—from the boardroom to the classroom.

District-level Embedded Coaching
The superintendent, district office team, and a Leading PLCs at Work Districtwide coach will collaborate to determine the process and direction of each embedded coaching day. Together, they will facilitate, lead, coach, mentor, and support district staff through the necessary processes and procedures that can lead to a systemwide focus on learning, the implementation of PLC at Work, and improved student achievement for all students.

Leading PLCs at Work Districtwide Coaching Academy
Participants engage in 6 days of on-site learning, delivered across three 2-day sessions over 9–12 months, giving teams the time and structure needed to turn learning into lasting practice. Each session is led by one or more Leading PLCs at Work Districtwide Master Coaches and is supported by a comprehensive set of resources for individuals and leadership teams, along with ongoing phone and email coaching support throughout the engagement.
Interactive Web Conference: School Board Session
This interactive session brings school boards and superintendents together to explore the principles of PLCs at Work Districtwide, building shared understanding around systemwide alignment, leadership, and district improvement. Through guided discussion and real examples, leadership teams examine the role of governance in supporting effective school practices. Sessions are available virtually or in person to meet your district’s needs.
*It is expected that participants of any service have a copy of Leading PLCs at Work® Districtwide by Robert Eaker, Janel Keating, Mike Hagadone, Meagan Rhoades in order to effectively engage in the work.
