Dana Renner
Dana Renner is the assistant superintendent of Stillwater Public Schools. She has more than 20 years of experience in education and has worked at all levels of education, from preschool through high school.

Dana Renner is the assistant superintendent of Stillwater Public Schools. She has more than 20 years of experience in education, having served as a teacher, instructional facilitator, assistant principal, head principal, and director of human resources. Dana has extensive experience in large urban and suburban districts and has worked at all levels of education, from preschool through high school. She is also an adjunct professor at Southern Nazarene University.
As a principal, Dana led Central Middle School to Model PLC status. As principal of Freshman Academy, she was part of the team that led US Grant High School in becoming the first Model PLC in the state of Oklahoma. Dana has extensive experience in continuous school improvement and school turnaround, the PLC at Work™ framework, common formative assessments, data analysis protocol, diverse student populations, student achievement, and schoolwide rituals and routines.
Dana was recognized as the Oklahoma State Middle School Principal of the Year for 2015–2016 and was a representative at the National Association of Secondary School Principal Leadership Institute in Washington, DC. Dana was selected by the Oklahoma state superintendent of public instruction to serve on the Principal’s Advisory Committee and Teacher Leader Effectiveness Advisory Committee.
Dana has a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in school administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.
