Digital Product Information

When will my digital product be activated? Your product will be activated as soon as you enter a valid access code and click the activate button.

Where can I find my digital access code? Check for an email from Solution Tree containing your access code. For DVDs, the code may be included in the disc package.

What if I can't locate the access code? We are happy to help. Email our customer service team, or feel free to call us at 800.733.6786.

Will I need to enter the code every time to access my digital product? You only need to enter the activation code once. After that, your digital products will be available by clicking the product links in the left-hand sidebar on this page. Your subscription-based products may become unavailable if your subscription expires.

Please note: Digital access codes are authorized for use only by an individual who obtains the code in an original transaction with Solution Tree. Access codes are not transferable.
