Please be advised: If you will be using a check or purchase order as payment, the registrations submitted online will not be processed and seats will not be held until Solution Tree receives the check or a copy of the official purchase order in our office. We require prepayment for all events. If you are using a purchase order, it must note payment terms of net 30 days. We cannot process registrations on purchase orders that do not note these payment terms. Cancellations more than 90 days prior will require a $75 processing fee. Cancellations between 10 and 90 days prior will require half of the registration fee. No refunds for cancellations less than 10 days prior. We welcome and recommend substitutions for those who cannot attend. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING and can be submitted to [email protected]. ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE FINAL.
