All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required for each attendee. If you do not have all of this information, you may use "TBD" in those fields to complete the payment process, but it makes the registration process much easier if you can enter that information now.

Please be advised: If you will be using a check or purchase order as payment, the registrations submitted online will not be processed and seats will not be held until Solution Tree receives the check or a copy of the official purchase order in our office. We require prepayment for all events. If you are using a purchase order, it must note payment terms of net 30 days. We cannot process registrations on purchase orders that do not note these payment terms. Cancellations more than 90 days prior will require a $75 processing fee. Cancellations between 10 and 90 days prior will require half of the registration fee. No refunds for cancellations less than 10 days prior. We welcome and recommend substitutions for those who cannot attend. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING and can be submitted to registration@solutiontree.com. ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE FINAL.
