Karly Ward

Karly Ward is an experienced educational leader with over 17 years in teaching and administration. She formerly served as the principal of Rendezvous Elementary School in central Wyoming, where she led the intermediate elementary school to recognition as a Model PLC at Work®. Her leadership emphasizes shared responsibility, collaboration, climate, results, and fostering a thriving school culture.

Karly specializes in visionary leadership, sustaining a healthy school environment, and ensuring system fidelity. She has worked in schools ranging from 150 to 1,300 students and enjoys guiding educators in applying PLC foundations to diverse settings to drive improvement and achieve meaningful results.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Colorado Christian University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Austin Peay State University.
