Kathryn Kee is a founding partner of Results Coaching and serves as a seminar instructor, mentor, and coach. She focuses on using her 54 years of public service leading the charge in the value of coaching.

Kathryn Kee

Kathryn Kee is a passionate champion of the power of coaching and a believer in its impact on the mindsets and skills of those in public service. Having served in all levels of education since 1970, Kathy’s 54 years have confirmed her strongly held belief in the critical importance of leadership. She believes a leader must be committed to the research and knowledge available to influence, motivate, inspire, and support people to use their best thinking to produce their best work.

Since 1978, Kathy’s credentials have ranged from teacher to assistant superintendent in various state districts. She also has served as adjunct mentor for new administrators at the University of North Texas. Her experiences with leadership developed from her participation in student leadership in high school and student government in college, as well as being elected governor of Louisiana Girls State. In education, her roles have ranged from teacher leadership to administrative leadership in gifted education, parent education, and remedial reading.

Kathy is a founding partner of Results Coaching and serves as a seminar instructor, mentor, and coach. Since becoming a professional certified coach (PCC) in 2011, she has served as director of level 2 of Results Coaching’s International Coaching Federation (ICF). Other honors include past president and founder of Learning Forward Affiliates in Texas, past president and board member of Learning Forward, and recipient of Learning Forward’s Lifetime Achievement Award and the University of North Texas Eagle Award for leadership in curriculum and instruction. She has also assisted with Downey walkthroughs, cooperative learning, and conflict mediation. As assistant superintendent, she witnessed the focused work of coaching and the dedicated dream team of leaders in her district, which became the first large district in the state of Texas to earn the exemplary rating.
