Lisa M. Reddel

Lisa Reddel is an accomplished educational leader with over 30 years of serving school districts in many roles. She has held key district leadership positions, including executive principal, where she supervised multiple schools and served on the district leadership team. Her experience also includes work as a district director, consultant, mentor, principal, and classroom teacher.

For over 25 years, Lisa has been a practitioner and advocate for developing high-performing professional learning communities (PLCs). She passionately believes in the power of cultivating cultures of collaboration and collective efficacy to improve student outcomes.

Lisa has been nominated as Outstanding Principal multiple times and is recognized as a skilled coach, trainer, speaker, and leader across diverse educational contexts. She regularly presents at conferences and partners with school districts throughout the United States.
