For over 25 years, Lisa has been a practitioner and advocate for developing high-performing professional learning communities (PLCs). She passionately believes in the power of cultivating cultures of collaboration and collective efficacy to improve student outcomes.

Lisa has been nominated as Outstanding Principal multiple times and is recognized as a skilled coach, trainer, speaker, and leader across diverse educational contexts. She regularly presents at conferences and partners with school districts throughout the United States.
