Lori Curtis

Lori Curtis serves as the executive director of learning, instruction, and technology in the White River School District, a Model PLC district in Buckley, Washington. With over a decade of professional learning system experience, she supports principals, teams, and team leaders in examining current methods and implementing collaborative and data-driven practices while leveraging technology.

Lori’s career spans various roles within K–12 education, including teacher, learning specialist, instructional coach, and director. A notable accolade includes being named regional NCCE’s Outstanding Technology Leader of the Year in 2019. Her dedication to professional learning is further evidenced by her status as a Google-certified innovator and trainer and current National Board Certified teacher.

Lori earned a bachelor’s degree from Concordia College in Selma, Alabama, and a master’s degree in education with a focus on differentiated instruction from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota. She also earned an additional master’s of education in digital education leadership from Seattle Pacific University.
