Lorrie Hulbert

Lorrie Hulbert has more than 30 years of experience as a public school teacher, interventionist, and administrator in New York State. Most recently as the principal of Floyd L. Bell Elementary School in upstate New York, along with her team, she implemented structures and practices aligned with the PLC at Work® process. During her tenure, Floyd L. Bell Elementary was named a Model PLC at Work school and an Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) recognized school.

In her current role as an educational consultant for Solution Tree, Lorrie’s goal is to empower educators to continuously grow and evolve in their practice by providing tailored solutions to teachers, school leaders, and district leaders through a collaborative, data-driven, and student-centered approach. Additionally, she is committed to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in education, ensuring that all learners have access to high-quality education regardless of their background or circumstances by leveraging research-based practices to foster student success in environments where all really means all.

Lorrie attended the State University of New York at Cortland, earning a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in education, and Certificate of Advanced Study for school district and building leadership.
